Piatti curati ed ingredienti sapientemente abbinati, piacevole l'impiattamento, molto buoni i sapori che Chef Gaetano Latino trasmette ai palati. Prezzi sopra la media ma la differenza è giustificata dalla bontà e particolarità dei piatti. Carta dei vini abbastanza ampia con molte etichette internazionali, forse andrebbero un pò meglio rappresentate quelle italiane. I loro prezzi ovviamente sono in linea con la fama e qualità del ristorante, quindi medio alti. Consigliato, spesa media per due portate, dessert e vino da 40/45 euro circa 160 euro per due persone.

To have a house in this opposite and to be lovers of good food and wine, we eat very often. we have also visited salsedine several times and always eaten well. yesterday, however, was a catastrophe, not only eating a wahn in both taste...and quality, but the service was missing and the owner was untoxiously rude when this was pointed out. with the repeated excuse that he had not eaten personally what we served and therefore could not judge. everyone can have a bad day and make mistakes, but being enough to admit it and their customers feel good is also part of this line of work. If we have said this, we will never be there again!

A very nice restaurant on the beach. many options for fish or meat and weine. excellent service overall, but guests who do not speak Italian need to ask the manager for the translation.

This place is simply incredible! not far from the crowded milano marittima this restaurant seems to be a peaceful oasis! we had a complete eating with seafood and it was probably the best I never had. especially the pasta, which is clearly handmade, as the Italian culinary tradition suggests. although there is a large selection of local and non-local weeries. we had the opportunity to eat with our feet digging in the sand, the owners are really friendly and friendly, and the prices are just equal to the quality of the food.

Everyone can have a bad day and make mistakes but being man enough to admit it and making your customer feel well is also part of this line of work. Having said this we will sadly never be back!
