Cami - RAVENNA

We had a nice evening in the beautiful garden seat. A varied menu and the head/owner Vincenzo were very welcoming. We all loved the food and look forward to visiting our next trip

THIS IS an AGRITURISMO, OF THE HIGHEST ORDER .I cycled up to this wonderful restaurent with several pals from Cesenatico. We were greeted by the site of locals bringing in their olive crops to have the juice extracted in the building next door to the restaurent.This plce is in a wonderful old building on top of a hill. The restaurant is in the shop which is very rustic. Now the best bit ,the food was spectacular, I am a difficult man to please. but all seven of us said it was one of the best meals ever , sensibly priced. If you go to one restaurant in this region make it this one .

Had a nice lunch of frying quartile, ravioli with white truffles and frying pig with a beautiful selection of wines, beautiful sunny day so we sat in the garden. Great experience.

Countryside setting with a decent splash lounge feeling both in cooking and decoration. The chef, Vicenzo Cammerucci, opted for an agriturismo di lusso . Creative cooking with local ingredients, some home grown. Very reasonable priced interesting italian wine-selection, including my favourite Lis Neris (pinot grigio-chardonnay-sauvignon) Service and organisation is a bit hectic. Well this is Italy and it is always good to see a cliché confirmed. Great place for an eveing out with friends or family. Woud not advice it for a romantic dinner. It is a favourite place of the (trendier) locals, so do make reservations.

Not to be missed is a visit to ca'mi the new home of Vincenzo Cammerucci. The menu changes regularly with offerings complimented with home grown produce, served in a unique sophisticated, but ambient style. A fantastic location for a romantic dinner, a dinner with friends or even a party venue. Reasonably priced, extensive wine list not to be missed! Bravo Vincenzo e Milena.
