Villa Fraulo L'incanto - RAVELLO

We visited this hotel twice before; the first time, Mattew was just starting out and there was no restaurant yet available, there were plumbing issues, and we had to eat out. However, we were treated royally.The second time we visited, we were given a room on the base floor which was noisy, small and difficult to reach hangars. Was a maze, but was still nice, (though the proprietor, (originally in shorts when we first went), had no idea who we were. When we looked at the prices this time, we did not book as they were through the roof. Really? Stayed elsewhere.

Had a very nice lunch here; nizzarda salad and gnocchi ai vongole e pomodorini plus a bottle of 2018 Costa d'Amalfi Terre Saraceno, Ettore Sammarco. Euros 153 for six people.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were so pleased that we did. When looking at the menu outside the polite concierge invited us in to see the view and we were sold. We didnt feel pressured to eat there but the prices were very reasonable, cheaper than some of the places in the main square. The service was fantastic, the views spectacular and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, we wish we were staying at the hotel. Thank you for an amazing lunch!

Best restaurant, food and service we met during our honeymoon to amalfi coast. eating was delicious, good winery maturing, best service and wonderful outsight

La cosa più bella di questo ristorante è la vista impreggiabile sulla costiera amalfitana. Cenato in due una sera d'agosto: apprezzato il tramonto e il progressivo accendersi delle luci sulla costiera e la brezza che saliva dal mare . Scelta menu un po limitata e servizio troppo lento sia nelle ordinazioni che nelle portateTuttavia la vista supera i disservizi che di per se non avrebbero meritato le stelle.
