Rosetta Cafe - Raumati Beach

What's not to love about a place where you feel like you've come home ? We have been enjoying the weekend experience of Friday night set menu dinner, Saturday and Sunday brunches and afternoon teas with cabinet food for casual dinner on Saturday) for a good couple of years now. Departing back to Wellington on Sunday evening feels a bit depressing. <br/ Trevor and Viv maintain a high standard of food delivery at an unbelievably reasonable cost with humour and chat thrown in for free. <br/ Good wholesome tasty food, great coffee in quantity and the occasional glass of lovely wine...a combo not to be tampered with. <br/ It's getting a bit crowded in that little cafe, folk are catching on ! <br/

Best café on Kapiti coast. Lovely food, good prices, eat in or outside and Viv, Trev and staff are very friendly and give great services. I go  twice nearly each weekend, so I should know!

Have had several excellent cups of coffee at Cafe Rosetta and their cheese muffins always delicious. New owners are friendly and have done a lot to make this a great cafe in Raumati.

We visited Cafe Rosetta on Wellington Anniversary Weekend and enjoyed the experience. The Cafe is under new ownership, and they had only been open a week. The service was terrific, our coffees arriving promptly and were nice and rich an Americano and a flat white. I had a yummy cheese scone, my partner Eggs Benedict, a half portion that was a special request, and was no problem. The owners were warm, friendly and very obliging. Thank you, we will be back, especially to check out the home made pies!

On previous visits (during 2012) i had found the service at cafe Rosetta to be average and so i had not visited for a while. However we had brunch there over Queens birthday weekend and were pleasantly surprised. All four diners enjoyed their meals and all menu changes that had been requested were carried out. The waitress was very pleasant to deal with. I will be visiting this cafe again.
