The Lemon Tree Chinese Takeaway,

I called to place an order and noticed that the price was higher than what was listed on the menu. When I questioned this, I was told that the prices had increased but they hadn't been updated in the store or online. I mentioned that this was not legal, but they still insisted that I would have to pay the higher price. I decided to cancel my order because I believe it is unethical for a business to advertise one price and then require customers to pay more.

The food is incredible, the delivery is always on time, and the service is excellent!

The price of the Spice Bag/Box has increased to $6.50 from $5! That's a 30% increase, if I did my math correctly. I purchased four this evening and they were very disappointing. The chicken was not good at all and there was barely any flavoring on any of them. I hardly ate any of them. This restaurant must improve their quality.

This was the first take away we tried when we moved to the area. We liked it and have used it for nearly two years. Tonight I placed an order at 7pm, rang an hour later to ask if my food was on the way. I was told on the phone that it would be out with the next driver. 35 mins later a driver arrives with my food that is now cold. I really don't live that far from the take away, the only reason I didn't collect the food myself was because I had just driven up from Kerry earlier this afternoon so decided to treat myself with delivery food. There is no way that it should have taken 35mins to drive down the road or been cold by the time it got here. It was either completely forgotten about and given to a driver to add to the end of his route or was made and left sitting for all that time to go cold. Horrific customer service. Not one apology from the staff on the phone or the driver. Very unhappy customer. I will not be recommending or using this business again. Very disappointed.

Best restaurant for aromatic duck and yuk sung. Really fresh ingredients and arrives piping hot! 10/10
