I visited moonlight several time and I had prawn biriyani and chicken biriyani Here is my review Prawn biriyani: It was during Ramadan and I visited around 3 AM. And I ordered prawn biriyani. It was very tasty and prawn quantity was enough, yoghurt salad was served, Chicken biriyani: it was a lunch time , its good (not too good)in taste, it was with a big chicken piece, the masala was not too spicy, its little different from Indian masala biriyani, The staff was friendly and neat and very fast, the restaurant also neat, the hand wash area is wet and not cleaned well.

After reading few reviews on Zomato, we decided to give it a try as places in RAK are quite less. We reached there and were quite amazed as restaurant was almost empty. We found the seating arrangement quite spacious and clean. I decided to order prawn biryani. Service was very fast, serving size was big and the taste was also really good. Biryani came with small raita. Pawns quantity was also good as per portion size. Taste is not very spicy as per our Pakistani taste but decent enough to eat. Staff is friendly and the menu is really budget friendly. They have separate seating arrangements for family too. Do give it a try. We are definitely going back.

Few days back I had been to this restaurant, had tried their grill fish with rice and few other dishes. The fish was flavourful and tasted good. Pricing was reasonable. Service was okay.

Moonlight is one of the oldest restaurant that you will find in Nakheel which is the city centre. Moonlight special mixed grill is surely something that you cannot miss if you go here. Also the Chicken chilly fry is good. Fried rice and Biriyani is just average although I love the special mayyonaise they make. Ask for it..!! Quite busy during weekends and you may have to wait to get a table for four.
