Amazing breakfast and Fahad the store manager ensures everything is well taken care of for the customers himself.

Chose breakfast tower and coffee's. After 25 min the food arrived. No plates and disposable wooden cutlery. Fried eggs and bacon was stone cold, as were the waffles. No butter, jam, honey as per the menu. Went to speak to the staff who clearly couldn't care less. Returned to the seat, 10 min passed, no one came to the table to exchange the cold food and still no coffee's. Spoke again to the staff who said we could just leave!!!! The coffee tasted bad and smelled bad! The piccolo was served in a ceramic cup and the espresso in a take a way paper cup.
