Bidra med feedbackA restaurant that is on the right track but needs to pick up the pace! They offer a great variety of vegan options, including marshmallows, chocolate bars, jerk (my personal favorite brand), candies, 'make your own' yogurt and cheese wheel starters, oat milk, Miyoko's cheese, Vivo Life cheese, and many more. They also have a wide selection of frozen options, such as their burritos. This health store may be small, but it packs a punch with their extensive array of products and impeccable hygiene standards. They even have a soap refill station to encourage reuse of containers. An impressive feature is their large ice selection, including oversized ice sandwiches. The store has a rewarding loyalty program, costing $20/year for a 10% discount on first purchase and then a 5% discount on locally paired items each month. Special orders receive a 25% discount. At the end of the year, customers receive a portion of their spending back. Overall, a unique and appealing store that offers great value for its customers.
I absolutely adore the local kombucha on tap at this restaurant (Edith's Brew). It's delicious! They also offer a wide variety of healthy snacks, organic products, and household items. The prices are reasonable and they have a great selection of items to choose from.
This store is new and clean, with really good organic products. The peaches and plums, for example, were from Colorado, and much better than I can find in natural grocery stores in Maryland. They also had a really nice selection of trail mixes. The prices for busbars were higher here than for the same busbars in Maryland. There were some vegan cheeses, but they didn't have Myoko's or Follow Your Heart. There is also a small area for supplements and personal care products. I was very pleased to see an area where you can buy dish detergents, etc. in bulk to avoid the use of plastic containers. This business has no salad bar, deli or even prepared food in a case like sandwiches. As a tourist looking for a vegan meal, I could take day trips in national parks, I found that disappointing. The staff here is super nice and helpful.
I stopped at this restaurant to restock my cooler during a road trip through South Dakota. They offered a variety of organic products and many gluten-free / vegan options. If I were a local, I would definitely shop here often. They had a great selection of meat and snacks that I couldn't find in regular grocery stores. Although the prices were higher than what I'm used to, I was willing to pay for it because I couldn't find these items anywhere else in the area.
The vegan options here are focused around specialty items, but they lack staples like soymilk. If you 're looking for the latest mock meats to try, this is a good spot. If you 're trying to pick up basics, they could use some improvement.
