We went thru the drive-thru, husband got the 2 for $7, Beef-n-Cheddar and the Mozzarella cheese sticks, and I got the Hush puppy breaded fish meal The Mozzarella sticks were very chewy, felt like I was chewing gum. Plus, it didn't really have any flavor and he said the beef n cheddar, was so bad, meat was dried out and they put so much cheese on it (we think to make up for the meat) that it made his bun very soggy almost like dough that he could only take a few bites and said I'm done. They didn't give us enough napkins so he could get all the cheese off his hands, so he had to wait until Champaign so we could pull over and wash his hands. My fish was moist, and I thought the breading was okay if it wasn't for the breading. There wouldn't have been any flavor at all. But on a good note, we both agreed that the crinkle cut French fries were the best out of everything. He then said if he had known it was going to be this bad, he'd have waited until we got to Champaign. He said for $20 worth of food, and the only thing we finished were the fries, he's never going back to that Arby's again, oh, and he was still hungry. Visited on Labor Day around 11:40 AM and went inside to use the restroom and then order to-go. The food was awesome and tasty but the customer service was lacking. We wanted the $5 boneless wings box upgraded to a large curly fry instead of crinkle cut fries. She said that wasn't possible, it can only come with a small fry and didn't offer a solution or another suggestion. We still ordered the box with small curly fries and it was good. Hopefully they will learn how to use their computers to upgrade orders, etc, and work better to please costomers in the future. We visited this Arbys on 5/5/22 in the evening. The employees were so rude. It was about a half hour before closing time, so they made it clear that we were an inconvenience. My classic roast beef was slathered in cheese sauce Arbys sauce, it was too gross to eat. Another person in our party ordered the steakhouse burger and only got a small cheese burger with only lettuce on it. When we asked for bbq sauce ketchup, they obnoxiously filled a whole bag up to the brim with bbq ketchup packets. We had been traveling all day and just wanted a bite to eat, little did we know we were driving thru a hornets’ nest!Thank you, management, however the web address you provided does not work, is there another?
