Bidra med feedbackGreat food, great service, just at the right price. I love it and I am sure others would love it to.
It is ZERO frills and you'd be better off if you speak Haitian Creole. Communicating was difficult but I said rice and beans? And she said chicken or turkey. I ordered chicken with rice and beans and she disappeared behind the curtain. Reviewers complained that it took 20 minutes and mine might have, but I viewed that as cooked fresh. When I got home and opened the container there was a lot of food. I asked if it was gluten free (which my wife requires) but I'm not sure we connected on that. My wife and I shared it. Rice and beans done right. And well seasoned moist chicken with lettuce and a fresh tomato slice. I thought the fried things were plantains but maybe is was tasso. It came with some sauce on the side which might have been the highlight but my wife said it tasted very spicy so I just passed. I enjoyed it for a change and although not fancy it tasted fresh and I felt like I shared authentic food. I'll definately go back and try other things after I brush up on my Creole.
