Kuya's At One Main - Randolph

Arrived at 8 on a Sat. night. We were one of 4 tables that had diners at them. My wife and I each ordered a grilled cheese sandwich (delicious btw) and a cup of soup. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The server didn't seem too concerned. Unacceptable IMO as it was not crowded at all.

Excellent food and great tap list. Might have been the best smashburger I’ve had in Vermont, and Ive eaten worthy burger and many other places. Excellent, fresh salad. We will be back. Don’t think there’s a better place to eat in the bethel/randolph area.

Fries are amazing. Get the fries. Burger and beer are good too. Service was kind and quick.

No longer Kuyas which is what the vast majority of the 5 star reviews are for. Although the food is ok the overall experience has slipped. Feels a lot more like a bar atmosphere than a restaurant atmosphere. If you're heading north on I89 you might as well hold out till exit 7 and go to Applebee's.

Came here on a Thursday, it took two hours to get our food because they forgot our order. No big deal, it happens. Came back two days later and 2 tables (one with 7 people) that came in after us got served before we did. Waited again for an hour and an half. Asked the waitress about it who was totally rude and they forgot our order AGAIN. All for mediocre food. What is wrong with this place?
