Bidra med feedbackI ordered the Salmon and rice meal, snd my husband order the shrimp rice. It is normally good but this last time they were a bit salty. There wasn't that much sauce on it either. Don't think we will order it again.
There is no question about the food quality it’s Shareef’s. However, my low rating stems from my disappointment in the customer service at this location. I placed an online order this evening, which included an order of wings. Paid for the order online, made my way to pick it up. Get to the storefront and the cashier informed me that my wings, priced $6 online, were out and unavailable. He offered 2 3 PARTY wings instead of 2 WHOLE wings like be for real. Expressing my disapproval of his barter, we agreed on 5. He then bagged my order and said he included 4 AFTER we agreed on an amount. When questioned about the change, he said 5 wings were worth more than my price. Now I get it, inflation and food costs are high as hell, but it’s dishonest and poor service to 1) not communicate with the customer that you’re out of something they ordered after they’ve already paid, (2) go back on a concession after you’ve already agreed.
Ordered the steak wrap and fries off the website. When I arrive to pick up the order, I only see the wrap being bagged and NO FRIES. When I inquired about the rest of the order (that I already paid for), I'm told there are no fries...disappointing, especially after the wait time. So I was asked if I'd like to substitute something else for a few bucks extra, so I opt for a dessert See, this is why I love other establishments such as Granny's who would have given away the dessert for the INCONVENIENCE instead but whatever.
The cashier did not know that they sold a fish platter. It was on their menu! Then he charged me for the fish platter and the fish fries. I only wanted the platter ??. Cashier Training is needed
The young lady at the register demonstrated textbook customer service: a friendly greeting acknowledging customers, promptly bringing out food while also juggling phone calls. The itself restaurant is clean and cozy. The highlight, though, is the food. Their lamb wrap was thrilling. Yes, I said thrilling in reference to food but the burst of flavor was unexpected but welcome. Maybe it's Shareef's special sauce or the perfectly seasoned lamb or the garlic herb wrap but what is certain was that it was a symphony of flavor. I will certainly come back when I'm next in Randallstown.
