Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors

The delivery came with missing objects that were intended for children. children were disappointed and ruined our Chinese kitchen and film night. the remaining food was best moderate. I called the restaurant because of the situation. they offered a refund of my order. it did not fix the situation, but at least the restaurant took possession. I was under the impression that my full order is refunded, but I was met with a small partial refund a few days later. I will not recommend a restaurant that doesn't value its customers and only considers them as transactions.

Eat is good, but closes super early. we have submitted 30 minutes before the closing of door (20 minutes before the normal loading closed) ordering and they are rejected. I'm also working on a lunch place we close at 10-11 so I can never eat here. what kind of eating places closes by 8?

Ordered online: Thai Basil Cashew Chicken-no red chili’s, Crispy Honey Chicken, and Lettuce Wraps. I think I got garlic chicken instead of Thai basil Cashew chicken because there was no basil there were no cahsews, no basil, no red peppers, only onions. The crispy honey chicken was super dry and the chicken fir the lettuce weaps was mostly mushrooms (which I really don’t care for but tolerate as an ingredient) and barely any chicken whatsoever. I called and Socorro apologized and offered to remake but it was after 7pm and we were busy packing to move so did not have time for that. I was told unable to get refund since ordered online whick inadvertently took me to Grubhub Or she can offer a giftcard credit for a free entree . In the situation I should have gotten a gift card for three entrees because the food we got was poor quality and some not even what I ordered. Major disappointment for Pickup Stix which is usually a favorite. As a matter of fact, I just ordered $200 worth of individual entrees and a few fily last month from Aliso Viejo for a party and everything was awesome. So glad I didn’t order from this location!

Asian dishes with a California flavor.We eat at Stix a lot, and really like it. Try the House fried rice, very good. Lots of shrimp and beef. We also like the House chicken with seasonal vegetables.Try the family dinner. It will be enough for three people, four if you're not big eaters.We didn't care for the General's chicken. Maybe we got it on a bad day, we'll try it again. It was overcooked and there was no sauce or vegetables with it. It's the only I've got at Stix that was disappointing.Don't hesitate to try Stix if you haven't been. We like it a lot!

No fault of the front. Sorry cooks, food quality and it being over seasoned topping with the freshness being completely gone.I ordered the lettuce wrap. I felt like there was a lot too much dark sauce,way too much! The chicken was overcooked, chewy, not much else great to say that was appealing with the chicken. Definitely not tasteful! The lettuce itself when you turned it over was brown, old. They were hiding the fact that the lettuce with browning. The carrots were dry and sat out far too long andZero flavor! Definitely out of a bag carrots. The bean sprouts were the best part of the entire meal.Don't see myself visiting this place much if the quality of the food is this bad, it is totally been deteriorating.
