Great experience, eating, service and people, will return

The cleanliness here is bad. there was a hair cream in our food. eating is mediocre quality

Jeff was a very good waiter with a tonne experience with dolce. the food was wonderful with taking the margarita flatbreads. the taste was good. but there were no beats that would normally be expected. looks like a pizza they could get from domino. all loved the evening. great wine selection and jeff was very well known.

Went to Dolce for a dinner on Christmas Eve. Got off to the bad start with the hostess/manager seating a couple ahead of us when clearly we were at the front of the queue. Our server was sweet and mostly competent. However, I asked a question about the cheese and charcuterie board, which she answered but then subsequently ordered for us without our confirmation. It was fine we were going to order it anyhow. When it came time to order entrees, my girlfriend ended up ordering the filet and I wanted the burger. However, they were out of the burger, so we put our order in for the filet while I continued perusing the menu. The same manager who seated us previously came out shortly thereafter and made a fuss over my girlfriend and I not putting in our orders together and mentioned that this could result in an hour plus difference in when we'd receive our dishes. Was definitely off putting as was her attitude as a whole. The ambience is nice, our server and the food was okay. Just really sour about the manager's attitude throughout the evening. Not at all friendly, thoughtful, or attractive in any way. We will not be going back ever.

Despite making reservations and arriving at 6 pm to find the restaurant nearly empty, we were seated at the worst table in the restaurant, with one of the seats blocking the kitchen pathway. After some insistence, the hostess agreed to move us but only provided us with two other less ideal options. Unfortunately, several menu items were already sold out, including the Waygu beef burger and cheesecake we wanted to order. Additionally, our starter salad never arrived, prompting us to ask for it to be removed from our bill. The waitress was apologetic and offered a free refill for my wine, but the overall experience was still disappointing. The restaurant's interior redesign has left it feeling cold and institutional.
