The experience was awesome!! Our server (Jacob, I think) was very direct and knew what we might enjoy. The place was clean, and the service was quick. We got our grills changed a couple of times. The server even ran after us in the parking lot to return a baby bottle we had left behind.Food: 5/5

This was our 1st time trying out this restaurant. The lighting and atmosphere was awesome and the food was good. The service was slow, it was all you could eat and they really drug it out between rounds (probably hoping we would get full and not want more rounds). When dining in I prefer to eat with regular flatware and they gave us plastic utensils, not sturdy ones either, they were flimsy and bent when trying to eat the rice. Eventually a server brought us 2 forks, we were a party of 4. I did like the food but maybe next time I will try a different location.

I can say this was a great experience. The staff was awesome. We did have an issue with the grill at the beginning, but they fixed it. The meat was high quality and so delicious. We had so many choices. The atmosphere was pleasant and chic. Very relaxing. Oh, the spicy miso soup was so good. Everything was delicious. We will definitely go back. A must try place.

If you’re looking for a place that will have you asking 4 times for the stuff you ordered when you sat down… and they still don’t bring it to you, then this is the place for you! We ordered our appetizers and meats at the same time. Meats came first, had to ask twice for the appetizers and wait another 20 minutes for them to finally bring it. They forgot one appetizer that I had to ask for four times.. and that one never came at all, 2 hours in total that we’ve been asking for it. It literally never fails at this place, they’ll bring half of what you ordered and take an hour to bring the rest.. or they won’t bring it at all. Ridiculous
