China Republic - Rancho Cucamonga

First things first. The orange beef, French style beef are the bombs here. Cannot go wrong. That being said, it is a little bit pricier than other Chinese restaurants but worth it. Service was slow. The wait kept apologizing for the wait so at least they acknowledged it. Maybe it was the Valentine’s Day crowd. All in all it was good. Just need more help I think. My advice is to Make a RESERVATION!

Great ambiance. Our server was fantastic and even gave us a free appetizer due to the wait for our meal. It was Valentines Day, but our reservation was honored and we were seated immediately. The only problem was that our table was right outside of a larger party room and they were pretty boisterous

This was a surprise anniversary dinner. Let me tell you, China republic went above and beyond my expectations. The food, ambiance and service was all five star. We can’t wait to dine in again.
