Burgerim - Rancho Cucamonga

Not just a burger joint. they have every medium. we had a turkey cheeseburger (Dbl-Patties) on the gluten-free bungalow with everything. (they exchanged America for cheddar) sweet potatoes. it was so fired! very excited to try them all. Chicken..lamb.

Poor quality meat, overcooked. Absolutely zero lamb in Greek Lamb burger. Zero stars.

Ordering process was not in place, 2 iPads on front counters was not working. Persons taken the orders made suggestions how to order our foods to save and all orders was turn in tone combo, but at the end forgot the orders to put it in the bags. We have to wait for another 5 minutes while the other main orders are getting cold in the bags. The food tastes okay, nothing special. Customer traffic was average for Lunch time. The 2 star rating was for the forgetting my orders. Customer services.

Yuck! So we went in here tonight for the first time ever! It STINKS! We purchased so much food. Paid over $65! It was NASTY the lettuce is old after 10 min my daughters burger looked disgusting. We ordered a family pack and got old fries and Like 5 tiny onion rings quarter size! So much for the picture that has huge 7-8 of them! The place was disgusting. Dirty and smelly. Over over priced. Soda was NASTY watered down. I told the guy he said nothing was wrong with it. The people behind the counter looked very unkept. The table next to us had dirty food and trays sitting there since I walked in so for over 1 hour? I get they might be understaffed but just YUCK! Might I add I requested Mayo the guy brought it to our table with Mayo all Over his hands. I almost threw up. Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. Please don't waste your money. I'm so bothered it was so expensive for a nasty dinner!

Lovely place Lovely staff ! Incredible food, I have been here for almost 20 times within a year and I can find the Spanish beef burger and crispy chicken sandwiches anywhere else.
