This place was packed but yet our food arrived quickly and perfect.We only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table at lunch time on a Saturday.
Great burgers. Service at this location was exceptional. Thank you.
I gave a three star rating due to the quality of the food, I went there to try their ribs and I got the full rack which their website shows that as a complete rack the way most menus do but when I received the plate it was actually cut in half but it was two thirds of a rack not a complete rack. But this is not the reason why I gave it three stars the service was good the atmosphere was great but the food was high sodium it was more salty which overpowered the barbecue flavor and I opted for a salad versus steak fries to make the meal a little bit more healthier I chose blue cheese salad dressing and that was also high sodium. My wife ordered a chicken salad with a ranch and apparently her meal is fine because she did not use her salad dressing. I realize this is not the Cook's fault because they follow a set menu to the letter established by Red Robin, they could have had a 5 star meal and not overpower the food with high sodium but let the customer add salt as necessary, it's not a brilliant move to chase your customers away because either you have to add more sugar more salt instead of good ingredients.
Went with a large group after graduation. The staff were all complaining about having so many people in the restaurant on a Saturday 4pm.Our server did a good job, but she was juggling our group of 25 and other tables. When we asked for straws from another staff they ignored and walked away.The burgers were good, fried were cold but you get free refills and the next batch was hot.
