Bidra med feedbackBeautiful place, very nice simple food and great service. Not too difficult to be excellent after all: It is always a pleasure to be here!
Locally sourced, organic produce paired together with excellent knowledge and passion. Pop up restaurant set up outside on the grounds of the biodynamic natural vineyard Fondugues Pradugues with chef Valentine Costuna. We went for a quick lunch and had « shared plates » a couple of vegetable dishes with some fresh calamari, fresh Dorade, grillés nectarines with stracciatella and mint purée. Chef Valentine excellently pairs delicate flavours with organic produce and mixes up fresh purées daily, creating perfectly balanced dishes. A must visit if you are in the area, especially from the blackboard menu. The ingredients are simply cooked on the plancha and yet the result is amazing; absolutely delicious food, best lunch we had in a long while. And prices are not obscene. Wine is all produced on site and is natural a perfect marriage with organic and local food. Bravo, chef! Service is lovely, casual atmosphere so relaxing.
We visited this pop up late one afternoon and were met instantly by a friendly waiter and tranquil setting. The food was exquisite- particularly the squid. Stayed all night and will definitely visit again. Don't miss this place!
Fondugues et Pradugues is the most special restaurant in all of st Tropez. You can book a pétanque court before dinner, play and then have the most fantastic food in the entire area. Chef Valentin is from Australia, a super warm hearted chef with taste for amazing food. I would recommend for everyone to come for a long night with lots of friends and get to know the staff, what an amazing night!
On the last night they were serving for 2019, we were lucky enough to find this gem, hidden away near St Tropez in Ramatuelle. It was a treat for all 5 senses, with the charming, retro food truck offering beautiful wines from Fondugues Pradgues vineyard, served at perfect temps with delicious and creative food pairings, creating a sublime pleasure for our palate(s) While food trucks seem to be everywhere these days, the incredible food, natural wines and the attentive staff truly makes this one stand out and worth the trip. Enjoying all of that amongst the fragrant and picturesque pines, you can see why it was a memorable evening and a feast for all the senses!! We'd have loved to go again, but will have to wait until May 2020, as the food truck is now finished for 2019.
