Bidra med feedbackWe have visited le neptune a few years ago and had a great time, eating was excellent as the service. not so this time..while eating is excellent and reasonable price the service and reservations were over bad. we had 4 different reservations...not honored when we showed up...our 3 emails to and from babette confirms our dates, we even have reservations on the beach for the following day that we have seen with the berths on their beach map) just lost....while they made spots for us a lying chair, but on a matte in the corner a few times) beach service is terrible unorganized. we will return next year to st tropez. probably not here. btw. the beach next to Le’ neptune is public we offered a umbrella to use the last days we were in st tropez) if they want a total tan..and here is a small restaurant that serves a really big hamburger.
We arrived without a booking, not recognizing how popular it was and that we needed one. the participant rushed to us when we arrived and was incredibly rude to tell us that we were going as soon as he realized that we had no booking. we tried to explain. we didn't know we needed one, and he was completely vain. then we began to say that we disregard others by being there. we had no idea! would avoid this place very nicely.
We have eaten here on the first day of our long weekend break, because it was served at 2.30 a.m. very happy. a family-run restaurant with a small menu, always soothing. mains were good desserts huge and amazing! I loved the kalk especially. in the not recording of my pavlowa! we came back to the second time, did not even give the neighboring restaurant a second view. friendly, efficient service in the restaurant and on the chairs. highly recommended.
This is a wonderful family run business.Always welcoming and friendly .Menu is good and very good value .
Sandrine and Jp have great team. The food is incredible for the price. Don't look to the building and enjoy the food and reasonable priced. Just enjoy it !
