Waraji - Raleigh

Great dinner as usual. only negative point, as usual, is the temperature which is kept too low by a wild air conditioning system.

Waraji easily has the best and most authentic sushi in the triangle.

Sushi for two was just enough. Dry sake was delicious.

The food is always delicious and the service is great.

I couldn't say something negative if I tried. Miso soup deeply flavorful; ginger dressing is just right; and the sushi is over the top.
