The Pipers Tavern - Raleigh

A few years ago I lived in Smith Mountain Lake Virginia, so my best friends lived in Cary, and North Raleigh you know who you are introduced me to pipers tavern jimmy and his team has been fantastic throughout the years I always have to stop by although I live in Myrtle Beach South Carolina now when I head anywhere within 100 miles of Pipers I make it a point to stop by fabulous food great friends great music what a fabulous place! by the way I was there last Sunday and still met so many locals that appreciate a great place! Never have I been disappointed.... Thanks for the memories.. Billy Bob

Fantastic sliced flank steak sandwich (custom ordered). Great social environment with good selection of cold beers. This will be a must-stop when in Raleigh.

I have been going to Piper's for years. It is my favorite local restaurant. I love their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and the shrimp grits. I have told all my friends that Piper's has the best shrimp grits in all of Raleigh. Once my friends tried it they all agreed. The people working there are usually nice friendly. It is rare that we get bad service. I definitely recommend going to Piper's.

Great food!!! Great Atmosphere! Cold Beer!!!! It is one of our regular spots. I highly recommend.
