This restaurant is one of my favorite places to eat. The service is excellent, and the food is even better. My go-to is the steak and cheese. This is not your traditional steak and cheese. This is a Mediterranean version of the Steak and cheese. All the way comes with grilled onions, lettuce, and their oil vinegar dressing. The following information will show my age, but in 1996, when I was in high school at Millbrook Highschool, the original location off Falls Of Nuese Road, then called Hectors gave out flyers with coupons on campus. Myself and a few friends went to try the food, and I have been hooked ever since. The guys who run both locations are fantastic. They could not be friendlier. You will likely be greeted by one of them saying, “Hey, Boss.” The Steak and cheese with fries is my favorite. They have a spice seasoning for the fries, and it is delicious. It is so good I bought some for home. See my pics for a photo of it on my fries. The gyros are also tasty. I currently live in Wilmington, but every time I am back in Raleigh, I go to one of the locations. This is a Raleigh Gem, and it is a must-try if you visit or live in the area.
First time visiting this place. I had the lamb platter. It was very good! Decent sized portion and very tender. The tzatziki was on point as was the hummus. I’ve had better hummus, but all in all I was very pleased with my meal. The prices are what I would expect from most similar restaurants. I found this place when I was stuck at nearby Wake Med Hospital waiting on someone. They are only 3 minutes from the ER and I really didn’t want fast food! Now that I know they are there, I will definitely be eating there again.

Been here twice, crazy for the mediterranean platter. It's got a little bit of everything. Love the stuffed grape leaves and glad I can get them by the pound here!
