Bidra med feedbackThe cash register must learn how to use the scanner for payments and credit card codes. I had no money on me and she didn't know how to do everything on the register so I can pay by scanning my phone. not to mention did not want to scan and/or honor my 15% discount credit. it only leads me to believe that the franchises feel like their loss something by giving a discount, but clearly they lose more. they lose me as a customer. then she calculated me $19.90 for 2 cold cut combos with speck. this place must make their own prices because I usually pay about $17 for it. I don't care if it's just a few dollars. it's my money. I'm not back.
The tomatoes in the tray that is there for all to see had mold on them. I pointed it out to the one guy that was working there, he went to the back, got another tray of tomatoes and opened it up in front of me. They ALSO had mold on them. If you don't have the sense enough to 1) check to make sure the product you are displaying and selling to customers is presentable and edible and 2) check the backup product prior to presenting it to the customer that pointed out how your other product wasn't acceptable, then I just cannot trust you to prepare my food. I will not be going back, and that is a shame.
The guy who's there all the time is extremely stingy with everything. I understand every franchise is independently owned but 6-7 slices of ham? That's too little. I travel back and forth from NC to GA, in every subway I've visited I've never seen someone lose customers because they're being nitpicky about pennies. If you do order from here do so from door dash, if he doesn't do your order correctly report it and get a refund. Especially when you pick a pro sub and he still puts in less than the regular amount of meat.
Fast friendly service Delicious turkey sandwich. Clean and nice. I'll be back. Nice conversation.
They knew I had a coupon before they made my sandwiches. Once at the register they said they didn't accept coupons at that location.
