Skye Tower Lounge Holiday Inn Raleigh Downtown

The main attraction of this restaurant is the wonderful view from the 20th floor of the holiday inn, the inner city of raleigh. raleighs skyline has grown for about 20 years, so the novelty of this restaurant fades. in the did, new larger buildings will soon block this view, so the restaurant is moved into the 2nd stage. it was nice to have jazz musicians (they are very talented), but I think that was only for Valentine's Day. as far as eating is concerned, there are better ways to get close.

They exceeded my expectations. They accommodated us, treated us well, and went above and beyond.

We made a reservation online for Skye on a Saturday night. We found a very loud, crowded environment. We were assured that there was a special event that regularly didn't happen, which is why the restaurant wasn't up to its regular reputation. We were very disappointed, as we were visiting from out of town. Our waitress went above and beyond to try and give us the best view we could get, and they gave us an appetizer and dessert on the house to try and make up for the disappointment. We do look forward to visiting again, next time we will call and make sure no special events are happening when we plan to come.

Menu was limited for Valentine’s Day ... The atmosphere was great the view was awesome Great value for your money but the food wasn’t that good.

We were there for valentines dinner the music they were playing was not very romantic. Staff was a little clumsy but overall it was good. We arrived early and were seated right away . We did not feel rushed and it was very relaxing.
