Love restaurants however my order was wrong ordered a 4 piece only got 2. Did not get desserts and my drink that I paid extra for was wrong

They pretty much always forget the sauce wish they would pay more attention to the orders because sauce can really make or break the meal :

I ordered a 4pc family fest. which is 4 sandwiches fries and 4 Biscuits. I only got 1 sandwiches a bunch of cookies fries and 1 Biscuits. I payed $30.00 just to only get 1 sandwich. I need a refund or they need to send my food back correctly.

The order wasnt complete. The red beans and rice sides were missing!

This company steals money from you. They claim to be open so you can send orders through online. The thing is, you can’t get refunded if they are closed. Why do they say are open online? Completely ridiculous and should be investigated.
