The cashier was extremely rude to my daughter. A person like her should not be serving customers.

I enjoyed their sandwiches but watch out for sanitation. One of the cashiers use the same gloves while handling money to make my sandwich. I confronted her regarding that and she claimed she changed her gloves even though I witnessed her go straight from touching my money to packing my sandwich. Disgusting.

I walked five miles for this. I have been waiting 2 years to try. Worth the food. Service was less than good and very old fashion place. However the bagels were the best. I got the Italian Hero on a pumpernickel bagel. I want another one ? I guess I better start walking there to burn off the delicious calories. 2 Bagels and a tip $25.

New to the area. So glad I found this place! Several other bagel shops in the area are terribly overrated. We loved the crumbcake also.

Reminded me of the bagel shops I’d go to as a kid, but some of the flavor is lacking.I got a bacon, egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel, an everything bagel with cream cheese, a black and white cookie, and a small coffee.The BE&C was good; I love how the eggs are cooked and the white cheese, but the Asiago bagel didn’t really taste different from a plain bagel.Neither of my bagels were toasted even though I asked for them to be, and the employee double-checked that I wanted them toasted.The everything bagel was good, maybe lacking a bit of flavor, but it had a generous amount of cream cheese. And the cream cheese was good!Black and white cookie was okay. The white icing was good but the “black” side had an odd taste.The food came out in maybe 5 minutes despite being pretty busy.They covered all the prices on their menu board so I had no clue how much I was paying for each item.
