Marco's Pizza - Raleigh

Did not get extra sauce or crushed red peppers. They should tape the box.

Talk about an excellent experience! I was in the mood for some Marcos pizza and I saw a deal on the company website for two medium pizzas, cheesy bread, soda, for $21.99. I tried using the coupon code online for this location, and it would not go through. I called the store and told them about the coupon and they honored it and were very nice. I went to the store to pick up my food and it was very clean and everyone was very friendly when I walked in. Great customer service and very impressed overall. Would be really nice if they opened a Marcos in Knightdale!

The food was good, but I accidentally received the Florentine Pizza instead of the Fresco Pizza that I ordered.

The pizza was good, but the experience was not. I had trouble creating an online account to receive rewards, the restaurant didn't have a delivery driver so I had to pick up my order, the person taking my order overcharged me by $10, and I couldn't process my payment with a credit card so I had to use cash. Maybe I should try a different location next time.

Good food, wrong crust. I only like the crust I ordered so it was a bummer.
