Ihop - Raleigh

I've never been to an IHOP but the food is amazing they staff are super nice our server Sean was amazing the food was out super fast and amazing I will be back for sure

Will not return. We waited in the lobby for 20 minutes, and no one even came out to say hello, we will be with you or anything. There were two people in the lobby when I arrived. About 15 when I decided to leave, and that's not counting at least 5 people who got tired of waiting and left. I guess they don't care about business. Hope you have a better experience.

Worst IHOP I have ever been too. Waited in the entry-way for 15 minutes and there wasn't any staff to seat my family. Mind you there's parties ahead of me who stated they've been waiting a long time. Then I had to go get the staff to find out what was going on. The staff were just standing in the kitchen laughing talking have a good time while customers were waiting and way I speak to a staff member I'm told that they not allowing anyone to dine in but yet there's people already dining in. My honest opinion they get NO stars

This is coming from a place of love,for corporate services. Waited forever,to even get someone takes the order. Nonchalant staff,with a manager who has no grip of managing them. You'll not know who works here and who doesn't,everyone wearing whatever attire. Wear a mask,as a server,talking over food. Manager kept apologizing to customers,for poor service by staff. Chocolate milk sucks. Food,miserable and awful. Manager came to apologize and offer a discount. I don't need that. All I wanted,was good service. Restaurant,is about the ambience and culinary arts. Key critical observation,is the staffs attitude towards work. Why would a person go to a work they are not passionate about? Not a place to recommend!

Ihop has messed up my order multiple times. If you make substitutions to your pancakes, be prepared to get regular ones, they do the bare minimum every time. The food I got taste fine though.
