Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Raleigh

The food I ordered could have been better. The price for it was reasonable, the quality of it wasn't What my wife ordered was excellent!

We are not residents in Raleigh. In fact, we live about 1.5 hours away but I had a birthday that needed to celebrate and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill was the designated location. We had eaten there once before and was impressed with the food, service, and value. This experience was a repeat performance but with a wonderful addition, a complimentary creme brûlée that was delicious! Sage, our waiter, was outstanding and saw to our every need, even recommending the type of steak I ended up ordering. We had no complaints whatsoever.

This place was “ok”! Being a vegan there weren’t much to choose from but it was my son’s birthday and this is what he chose!

Our waitress was excellent. The food was just meh. Steak was mealy, sauce on the shrimp was goopy and the fries were soft and lukewarm. Others had better luck with salmon salad and pasta dishes.

Bretagne was a wonderful server. dana has made us to ride the tweeper rings. we went with a birthday dessert. we're half regular, so we know we're back.
