Cowbar - Raleigh

My friend ordered the classic burger with a side of fries, a typical late night order. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. Usually late night burger places will have the burger falling apart or very plain, but this was very flavorful with two succulent well-sized patties. The fries hit the spot and had the right amount of seasoning. On top of that, the server was so friendly and really added to the relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely be back for moreVegetarian options: They offer beyond meat and veggie sides.

Amazing Fresh Cut Fried and GOOD burgers. Many to choose from on the menu. Did I mention the milkshakes. Don't worry about calories on this lunch or dinner just enjoy!!!

Meh, Commercial frozen Patty. Service is pretty slow. They aren't big on cleaning anything there. Almost every other burger in Raleigh would be a better choice.

Tried the vegan stacker with the hot sauce, turns out the other reviewer was correct in that it's ridiculously spicy. They should probably at least have a note about that in the description. I am more sensitive to spice compared to others, but I still eat curry etc without asking for modifications so I thought it would be fine ?Can't even finish the burger after bringing it home and eating it with cold soup and oat milk, lmao. This was one of the best damn burgers i've had in a long while. Sucks that it's 2 hours from home. Well, may not as i'd eat them every day and get tired of them. Pictured are the Quad Burger and the Asian Persuasion fries.Food: 5/5
