Chipotle Mexican Grill - Raleigh

Another review from me. I visit every six months just to leave a review of their failures. The Good: the food was fresh and tasty today and they were not out of drinks. Excellent service The Bad: they are still super light on sour cream. The Ugly: fix your toilet! It is ILLEGAL for you to not have a working toilet. Lucky for you I am too busy to contact the health department today.

On Wednesday Feb 14, 2024. I went to the Chipotle on Capital Blvd, Raleigh, NC. I eat every day after 12:00 noon because I am on a 16-8 window for eating. On this day and my first meal was not until around 3 pm because I bowled at 12 noon. I went to Chipotle and order 2 bowls, one with plant based crumbles and the other with chicken. My husband I and only ate half of our bowl and relaxed the rest of the evening. We went to bed and around 3 am, I was awakened with the feeling I was going to throw up. I ran to the bathroom with vomiting and diarrhea that was uncontrollable. This lasted for 3 days, and the vomiting stopped. Diarrhea lasted longer. Everyone asked what I ate, and I told them only Chipotle. Please, please, have your food's temperature checked when you are leaving it out. I have to give you a 2 star. Worst feeling I have ever had in my life.

The food bowl was delicious, the service was nice but however the place that you sit down was a disaster. Hasn't been cleaned up food on the floor nasty. And it seems to be that this franchise has issue with keeping public areas clean because I have been to two other ones that were dirty also tables dirty trash on the floor!

Employee gave me critically small portion of protein after being asked to put in extra rice. Why do minimum wage employees feel the need to skimp on giving paying customers food? Stop being so stingy, Chipotle! Disappointed again! Go get Bojangles, you can get enough protein for under $10 in 2024 still. Chipotle brainwashes employees!

I'm starting to write this while I'm waiting in line, one of my coworkers said this chipotle sucks, I like chipotle and I gotta see 4 myself. He said the rice was hard, we will see. Customer service: lady was medium who served me, very blunt attitude, workers need to learn to get the right about of beef on the first scoop cuz it feels wrong when they have to pour food back into their serving dish Food taste: first of all they put more meat in the other peoples food.the rice tastes fine not hard at all, steak is under seasoned and a little ovr cooked Overall worst chipotle I've had but chipotle is good no matter what
