Hasn't been one for years. it was nice to be back in one. service was good

We came to this weekend after the football tournament and what a terrible experience. we brought 14 girls with families to enjoy ice cream poster game, and the staff was rude and fast to push us out of the lobby. a coworker even said that a parent should “remove”. never comes back. Franchise owners should be ashamed.

Doors locked at 7 though the hours say "open to 8".

4 or 5 times called to find out if they are open on several days and never answered the phone once.

Love it... smaller selections, but still good and convenient.
