Pizza Hut - Raeford

I have order pizza from this location for over a year but lately management has been bad, it's been twice that I order pizza with toppings on one half and toppings in the other and I checked the pizza this time before leaving and told them, lady at the front desk seems unhappy with me noticing their mistake and went a replaced the pizza after I explained how it was and still got it wrong by putting only 1 topping on one side and 1 at the other when it was supposed to be pinnaple in one side and sausage in the hole pizza, I told the lady at the front desk when I noticed that she said it wrong and she just gave me a bad look, reminder I was really polite because I understand that no one is perfect, I usually enjoy ordering at this pizza hut but lately customer service and attetion to detail has been really bad.

The online ordering experience was quick, painless and easy! My order was ready upon arrival, it was bagged appropriately, hot and fresh! Also, the customer service was top notch! I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in! Shout two the two employees I encountered during my time in the restaurant.

I had to wait at least 30 or more minutes for my call-in/pickup order. It was a Friday evening (busy) time following a middle school game. Pizza Hut is the best!

The pizza was beautifully made and it was delicious! It could have used a few more pepperoni, but I will be ordering the NY style pizza again and again!

The pizza is great . However the current employee that answers the phone and is also the cashier is very rude it seems like it's a bother for her to have to take your order or ring you up . I wanted to order yesterday since I work in walking distance from the location. But didn't as I didn't want to bother her .Terrible customer service and I think shes themanager. I ordered today call in and when she repeated my order she said pepperoni instead of pineapple I corrected her and she said I said pineapple and hung up
