Quick Way - Radford City

Customer service on speaking with customers need some improvement, while being on the phone no type of respect and the female does not know how to speak to paying customers over the phone especially when we send business your way from another business establishment.. Unproffessional!!! The new owner needs to train her a little longer.

Love them! A go to for delivery, a fav. IS grilled chicken salad yum!

I used to work here so I know how it can be but I called just now to get delivery and was told I had to call back in 10 mins I'm sry no delivery place should ever tell u that. If u are not staffed enough then don't have a delivery option. Great food but the worst delivery in Radford. Rohit I know you are doing your best but foodlion got my money u lost 30 bc of your staff
