Panera Bread - Rack City

I went in today around 4 pm, most of the empty tables were dirty, the young lady taking my order she was giving me my cup for my drink and after handling the tip cup and touching the change I had to tell her to put on new gloves and give me a new cup after she's putting her hand around the top of my cup after playing with the tip cup, the onion soup was not good, I don't eat there often but I don't remember Panera being that way at this location

Not the best Panera. Men's restroom had zero soap. Women's restroom had zero towels. Coffee was not hot. Was texted that the food was ready, but it took 10 more minutes. Manager seemed to be trying BUT what the heck is everyone else who works here doing?!

One person at the cashier and serving at the same time which make long wait just to pay for 2 hot coffee and ice tea and at the end we put our drinks in the trash it was the worst coffee I ever

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for a mangi smoothie, while the people working were playing around and goofing off

This is one of the better Panera Breads in the area. I've eaten here about a dozen times, and it's always a good experience. Also the drive through is massively convenient.
