Panera Bread - Racine

I've had some bad experiences with this Panera lately. Missed/forgotten orders in the pick-up window, bad deliveries, etc. I was ready to give Panera at this location one star the second I got my food since it was running very late, but Kevin, my delivery driver, made my day. He apologized for being late, he brought extra goodies and he was very very polite. Great service from Kevin and it helped me want to continue to want to give my business to this location.

Has very delicious sandwiches and very good soup!!!

I always love Panera. I had been a loyal customer for 19 years. California and Wisconsin. Service is awesome and so are the variety food. I only wish they have the breakfast open till 11a.m.

Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent soup, panini bakery items.

The new roasted beet salad with pecans is delicious
