Burger King - Racine

Ordered food at 6pm. Was parked at sat there for 20 mins and when I finally get home and get ready to give the foods to my kids, I'm missing the fries and onions rings not to mention the food was cold. So i drive back because they Don't answer the phones, I'm assuming because they are always getting complaints. So I tell them I want it remade and I'm not happy and she tells me not to be rude and slams the window closed. I'm not supposed to be upset? What is wrong with this location! UPDATE THE MANAGER BRINGS THE FOOD OUT AND STARTS SWEARING AT ME AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW THEY FORGOT PART OF THE ORDER AGAIN. I will never go back and will actively tell others not to as well. Flat out rediculous

The foods decently good, but at times they'll get your order wrong at most. Recently I went to order a chicken nugget meal, but they forgot my fries. Its nothing really but does get annoying. You've got to be very specific when you order in the drive thru, if you want a large or small fries and soda. They won't ask you at all. The place is decent for a quick stop for fast food.

Slow, worn out store needs to rebuilt from staff to building. 18 minuets for a double meal in the drive through, duct tape holding the menu board together. Just wow..

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They didn't give me my receipt and my chicken sandwich was dry, hard, and spicy - not what I had ordered. I had to wait in a long line to address the issue, and the employee initially ignored me before finally addressing the problem. I believe they knew they had given me a bad sandwich, which is why it took them a while to respond. I was polite in explaining the issue, and eventually a manager came over to fix the mistake and made me a fresh sandwich. It took longer than expected and I had a long drive ahead of me, so I was not happy with the overall experience.

I would live to leave no stars but it will not let me. We ordered ahead on the app to pick up at this location. Went the the drive thru only 1 car was ahead of me, great didnt have to wait long or so I thought. The 1 person in front of me waiting 15 minutes for their food. I get to the window wait for 10 minutes to get my food. Drive around to check my food glad I did) as the missed 2 chicken sandwiches and my sauces for my nuggets. Git back in line waited another 20 minutes to get to the speaker than another 30 minutes for everyone to get their food for them to say oops forgot.. Get home which is now 1 1/2 hours later and open cold food now to find that all my whoppers have no lettuce no mustard 1 slice or none of tomato and onion and pickles let me tell you if u got 1 it was great. On my chicken sandwiches no mayo or anything. What a waste of hourly pay and the bad thing is the manager was making the food..
