Disrespect, they asked for an hour to deliver the order at 8:45 pm and at 11:30 pm they ring the doorbell to make the delivery, they don't answer the phone and it took them a while to respond via zap. HORRIBLE, I ordered 30 pieces of sushi from Ifood. This was 9:40 pm. Delivery was for 10:30 pm until 11 pm. So now (9:40 pm) I decided to go down to the waters of the hotel and there was nothing and no one there. So I decided to go to the restaurant. It doesn't even have a banner, I got there with about 10 bikers sitting, while lots and lots of orders were parked there. I went there and asked, has Leonardo's delivery left yet? To the hotel HERE NEXT? The woman replied, no, she handed me the food, it was cold. Bad

I placed my order at 8:01 pm and now it's 9:53 pm and still nothing about my order, I can't get in touch, I still paid 101.00 for the pix and still nothing Service: 1

Everything was terrible, we ordered a snack, it took 2 hours for the motorcycle courier to come out to deliver it, if they couldn't handle the demand, it wouldn't open. Bad, bad, bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
