The Chef Cristian Arroba, I am an Ecuadorian cook, professional in two races: Hotelería and Gastronomy, the passion for cooking began when I was a child and is my greatest source of inspiration when creating dishes full of flavors and colors to give unforgettable moments to my diners. In my life as in the kitchen I seek to turn my dreams into reality, the act of cooking represents for me an act of love and respect for others.

The place is nice, the food is good in the flavors and quality, but I don't get paid the type of rice par ala paella, I think it should be included in the price of the letter, something that seemed ugly that took me more to get the order, and eye there were only 3 tables full. So the cook has to be more stacked and faster.
