I was here for my mom up time, vacation and my fiancée. really cool resort with several options. they have the beach and pool close. they can also pay $60 for a day pass and come for a day. Eat is everything they can eat and the people are nice. really nice escape. had a room problem due to my general experience, but it was immediately changed.

I had an excellent experience on that hotel and the personnel are amazing: oolites, good manners and very kind. I always complaint about the customer services in others resorts in D.R. but this place really amazed me. Love the beach

Guest service Alba helped us out a lot! She was very helpful. Nobody helped us out but, she did. She is awesome!! If you see her in the hotel she will definitely help you.

Omg, The hotel is very quiet, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, we stayed in the essential room and they are very comfortable and well preserved. The food is very good and varied. Thank you very much for your attention. The reception host in the essential lounge are amazing.

Because it met my needs and expectations in full. The staff is awesome!... Amandri, Grisel, Eddy, Ericka, Joana, Juan, and Elias .... all of them desserve a salary raise because they went the extra mile and each one of them woowed us with their excellent and charismatic service. The room is beautiful, the food was very good with many choices to choose from, the magic show was fun!... We will be back with our kids in the near future! A family vacation must be in Emotions!
