If you order online and pick up, this Dunkin is the best. The drink will come out exactly the same as the one you imagine when you customize. However, the order at the store is terrible. I ordered at the store 2 times and they never gave me what I wanted. The attitude of the staff who took the order was also rude.

Got a Irish Cream iced coffee with cold foam from drive through.Although it 's on the online menu options, they are no longer serving hot Vanilla Spice (aka old Vanilla Chai) , not to be confused with the Chai Latte.
