Chez Max - Quimper

From crossing to Quimper with a friend, we stopped 'Chez Max' to finally discover the cuisine of this trained restaurant owner Chez Alain Ducasse. The place is surprised by its authenticity, with a colorful and eclectic decoration. In the city centre, the courtyard terrace is a haven of peace away from urban unrest. The tuna tartre was melted and slightly raised; as for the fish duo the presentation was at the height of the tasting: beautiful... A very good time, a friendly staff and a boss with a good contagious mood. Thanks again. Enjoy the MUCHA exhibition at 200 m in the Berton departmental museum and stay at this great address!

Their excellent burger and their homemade fries is wahou Super tender meat with a perfect kitchen! The frame is super friendly with the entrance by a course! I really recommend!
