Their food is impeccable, especially their Tapa. There are a lot of Silog options you can choose from. You can also order frozen tapa on-the-go. This is a must try. Hopefully they could improve on air conditioning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

My go-to Tapsilogan in Pureza. While the food at the Tapsilogan was good, the waiting time was slower than expected. It took around 20 minutes for our order to arrive, which could be an issue if you're in a short breaktime. As a result, I would recommend this for a leisurely meal rather than a quick bite.
