Domino's Pizza - Queens

I kept the order tracker open and noticed it was stuck on the quality check stage for an unusually long time. Then, I received a call informing me that they didn't have the chicken Caesar salads available. They suggested I choose other items, but I opted to forgo the salads altogether. This seemed a bit complicated for them, but they eventually refunded my order and modified it to exclude the salads. I checked my account, and everything was fine, but by this point, 30 minutes had already passed. I waited another 40 minutes before finally receiving the food. Just five minutes before delivery, I called the driver and found out he had mistakenly gone to a different building. Up until this point, I wouldn't have complained or considered writing a review; that's just not who I am. Afterward, I sampled a few slices of each pizza while my partner had the pasta. However, I woke up this morning to find my partner suffering from severe food poisoning – vomiting and diarrhea. She was completely incapacitated. I’m incredibly disappointed and will not be ordering from Domino’s again.

The staff member was unfriendly and demanded more money than what would have allowed the business to break even.

I just placed an order, and the driver refused to leave his car. We live in a safe neighborhood, complete with a doorman and a buzzer, but the driver didn’t even make an effort to come to the door. I had to walk around the block to locate him. The manager informed me that this is their new policy. I won’t be ordering from them again until they actually start providing proper delivery service.

I never received my order. After two hours, I got a call saying my driver was outside! I won’t be ordering from here again; this happens too often.

Terrible service, and I usually like Domino's, but this experience might have changed that for me. I ordered a pizza, and when it was delivered, not only was the dough raw, but it was drenched in grease. I called the store to complain, but they told me I couldn't get a refund. When I asked to speak to corporate, he just hung up on me. I will not be ordering from here again.
