Rotisserie St-Hubert - Québec

Once again, made an order and did not receive what I had ordered. He made a 81$ order and they forgot 2 soups (6.50 tx) and 2 pieces of bread. When I called, they said the bread was free, but after $81, I guess the bread is somewhere in there. Then they said they would either deliver the missing items or send me a free meal. If I ask for a refund, they told me to come and get it... I guess the supplier can only deliver soups and not money.... Bad way to do buisness

This was our first experience at the St-Hubert restaurant and was thrilled to try as a woman and I am great fans of Swiss Chalet and other Chicken Rotisserie/BBQ seats. We had to wait 10 minutes at 6:30. Our server had a very low level of English ability and was unable to guide us to the soft drink and non-alcoholic part of the menu that I finally found in the special card on the table. The noise level was very high and what I expected from roadhouses and not a restaurant of this style. The prices were pretty good with Swiss Chalet and the serving and food quality would also be there. It took almost 40 minutes to arrive for our food and then took 15 minutes after we had finished all our meals to ask if we wanted something else or the bill. All in all, it was not a great experience and will not go back.

I never made it into the actual restaurant because it was packed, had to settle for the express take. the exit was located in a small area of the building, too small for the quantity of people there around 17 clock on a Friday. the foods were rushed and thrown into the box. fries were soggy, club sandwich was practically disassembled, and I lacked utensils. I'm not going to be harassing me with the decision.

This is the place to eat a big chicken and a good chicken soup, the service is good and fast, and they have great dishes for children. it is a big place, so it can be a bit loud, depending on the time they go.

Supper was excellent . We are a family of 8 and where seated pretty quickly. The hostess did not try to speak English and seemed upset when we couldn't understand her. Our server was fantastic he was fast friendly bilingual and did a great job....Our food was very good portions are great I had oka chicken which had a variety of different flavours.
