Amazing Cuisine Boreale, featuring local Québécois cuisine, offers very interesting preparation and presentation of dishes. Some of our favorite items include the warm oyster with champagne sabayon, black truffle, and surf clam; smoked sturgeon galette with caviar; seared foie gras with caramelized apples and maple crumble; and the pastured raised turkey with potato gratin and a sauce made with potatoes.

I absolutely loved it! My partner and I have tried tasting menus at restaurants all around the world, and Laurie Raphael's is one that I highly recommend to everyone!

This was one of the best meals that we've ever had! (That would be enough of a review. The ambiance, service, and most important, the food was fantastic. Every course was creative, beautifully plated and delicious. One had a choice of entrees and the option for wine pairings. All of the courses were delicious and we would highly recommend this for a wonderful culinary treat!

The dinner experience here for the 8 course gastronomic experience was excellent. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. This is very unique dining experience with excellent food! Very much enjoyed it.
