Poulet portugais - Québec

I ordered this dish expecting a flavorful peri peri-style chicken. The food was delicious, but it may not have been particularly unique. I also found it to be on the pricier side in general.

This is a charming restaurant. The chicken dish was outstanding with a flavorful but not overly spicy sauce. The prices are very reasonable. A hidden gem for sure.

We had a great time at this restaurant in Quebec City. The chicken, fries, and coleslaw were delicious, and the staff were friendly. It was a bonus that we could bring our own alcohol.

Great food and service for an excellent price! Arrive early. Great to go with family and friends!

Food was overall very good but white meat of chicken a bit try. I can 't give this place more than 2 stars tho due to the service. I 'm an American that travels abroad regularly. I ordered rice and they gave me fries. When I politely asked for what I ordered, I was mocked and told everyone makes mistakes implying that I couldn 't remember my own order. I was with my wife and 2 year old and 4 year old (I wasn 't some drunk off the street). It wasn 't until I threatened to leave a bad review that the owner begrudgingly gave us what we ordered. As I was leaving, I tried to tell the owners the food was excellent and they ignored me. They rationed out tiny ketchups to us and 1 napkin at a time. They then proceeded to mock my family to other diners before we exited (again a 2 year old and 4 year old). I guess if you 're a local then maybe a different experience, but I wouldn 't come back here and wouldn 't recommend other Americans to either...
