Overall, the atmosphere was pleasant until a group of loud people disrupted the peaceful ambiance. Their behavior was so disruptive that other diners were visibly uncomfortable. We were unable to enjoy our meal due to the noise and decided to leave without dessert or coffee. It is the responsibility of the management and staff to ensure that all guests maintain a respectful level of behavior. I hope the staff will keep an eye on such situations in the future and intervene if necessary. Despite this issue, I believe the restaurant has great potential.

Heard it reopened and went with the family. Every dish was a hit. Wine selection was great and recommendations from the sommelier were spot on. Alcohol selection is also amazing. Desserts and coffee were perfect as well. Overall, an immaculate dining experience.

Spectacular dining experience. We shared several plates, with the standout being the scallops and jerky. Cocktails were also beautifully made. Highly highly recommend.

Les Sales Gosses offers an array of fascinating and creative small plates designed for sharing. The food is delicious and they have a great selection of beers and wines. Despite visiting on a particularly busy night, the service was a bit slow (our food was forgotten by the kitchen and the server took a while to realize), but it appeared that they were understaffed, a common issue for many restaurants at the moment. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience at a trendy restaurant located just outside Old Quebec.
