Transported beyond time and place by the brilliance of Chef Louis. Look out world of gastronomy! This guy raises the bar. The fois gras incomparable and impossible to describe. Cooked to perfection scallops were divine. Charles and front of house staff were the very best. From start to finish I felt like the most important guest of the evening. A meal at Panache alone is worth the trip to Quebec City.

My favorite meal in Québec-and that's only Le Panache breakfast! Yummy warm croissants, delicious preserves, and the exemplary Eggs Benedict- I wished it could've lasted all day. This will be my only must-do when I return to Québec some day.

This is one of the most beautiful spots we have ever dined! Which says a lot because we are foodies and we've dined all over the world! First class and food and locale! Can't wait to return!

Amazing restaurant where the entire staff seems devoted to providing each guest a wonderful dining experience. Probably the best we have ever had food, wine and service. So good we came back for a 2nd night of our three nights in Quebec. They created a new tasting menu for us since we had enjoyed that the previous evening.
